Marcelino dos Santos, a founder of FRELIMO and veteran of the liberation struggle for the independence of Mozambique, was visiting the Foundation on 30 January 2010. In Luanda, after witnessing the play of the national Football in Mozambique Tundavala stadium in Lubango, Huila province, in the Championship African Nations, Angola 2010-Orange, Marcelino dos Santos was received by Chairman of FAAN, Maria Eugenia Neto, and other board members.
At the meeting signed the guest book, expressing his "hug greetings and tribute to perpetuate know the story of the great struggle of the Angolan people for their independence the National follow in the person of our hero and comrade, António Agostinho Neto, Agostinho Comrade Neto.Today we are together, and it is beautiful, and reflects the magnitude of the effort made by all peoples of the countries that were Portuguese colonies”.
