FAAN - Fundação Dr. António Agostinho Neto

The Foundation Dr. António Agostinho Neto (FAAN) will hold a conference under the slogan: "Thinking of the Agostinho Neto on Environment" to be held, 5-Friday, 28 January 2010 at 10am at the Center Amphitheater Cultural António Agostinho Neto in Catete.

The moderator of the event, the environmentalist and Member of the National Assembly, Dra. Teodoro Eufrazina, will make a foray back to the speech of Dr. António Agostinho Neto in the Kissama park far back as 1976 which will result in the presentation of four scientific approaches including:

a) Aspects of the evolution of the Kissama park, by Dr. Pedro Vaz Pinto.

b) Efforts to preserve the Giant Sable Antelope, by Dra. Sendi Baptista.

c) The consequences of climate change, by Engº. Lucas Marcolino Miranda.

d) A look at climate change and Copenhagen, from Latin America, by Dr. Jesus Alberto Garcia, Minister Counselor of the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, in Angola.
